    We run psychotherapy group online and in-person. They are longer-term and designed for individuals who have prior experience of therapy. They offer a consistent and supportive environment to explore emotions, relationships, and personal patterns over time. Groups typically consist of 6-8 members and are facilitated by 1-2 experienced therapists, ensuring a safe and structured space for meaningful engagement.

    Sessions take place weekly, on the same day and time each week, allowing members to build trust, develop deeper insights, and work through challenges at their own pace. The group dynamic offers a powerful way to experience support, develop self-awareness, and strengthen emotional resilience.

This weekly closed group provides a supportive space to explore the dynamics of your relationships – whether with partners, family members, or friends – while developing deeper self-awareness and practical skills to foster healthier connections.

    Facilitated by an experienced therapist, this group is limited to a maximum of 8 members, creating an intimate and secure environment for meaningful discussion. Sessions focus on key relational themes, including:

    • Learning to set and maintain healthy boundaries

    • Identifying patterns that may be blocking connection and harmony

    • Developing effective communication skills

    • Navigating conflict resolution with confidence and clarity

    Meeting every Wednesday evening from 5:30–7:00 pm via Zoom. If you're looking for a space to deepen your understanding of relationships and develop skills to enhance connection in your life, we’d love to hear from you.

  • At International Therapy Space, we offer Life Story Work, a therapeutic approach that invites you to explore and document the significant events of your life using various art materials.
