Integrative Psychotherapist
MA, SEP, MBACP
IFS, SE® & NARM™ Trauma Practitioner

Lysa Kelly

I am an integrative psychotherapist and trauma therapist, offering therapy to individuals, couples, and groups. I work inclusively with all people, in the exploration of personal and professional relationship issues, low self-esteem, identity, trauma, diversity, addiction, compulsive behaviours, and life transitions.

My approach is rooted in curiosity: seeking to understand what may be getting in the way of what you most want for yourself. Clients often describe me as warm, direct, intuitive, and creative, with a good sense of humour. I create a safe and engaging space, whilst offering gentle challenges when needed. My role is to collaborate with you to make sense of your experiences, uncover patterns, and build stronger connections with yourself and others.

Alongside traditional psychotherapy, I integrate contemporary modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), NARM™, and Somatic Experiencing (SE®), a body-focused, trauma-specific approach that fosters a deeper, embodied sense of healing. I firmly believe that while trauma may be a fact of life, it does not have to be a life sentence.

I also specialize in working with couples, including those in consensual non-monogamous relationships. My approach combines IFS and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) – a structured, direct method that helps partners break unhelpful patterns, address power imbalances, and rebuild connection.

Additionally, I facilitate weekly groups both online and in person, providing spaces for self-exploration through shared experiences.

I offer both long-term and short-term therapy, seeing clients in London and online.
