IFS & Integrative Art Psychotherapist

Louise Perry
I am a highly experienced psychotherapist, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Integrative Art Psychotherapy to help clients explore and express emotions in a way that feels right for them. While art-making can be a powerful tool, therapy with me doesn’t have to involve creativity—it’s simply another way to access deeper thoughts and feelings when words aren’t enough.
Before retraining as a therapist, I had a successful career in design and technology, so I understand the pressures of high-performance environments. My own experiences of healing and self-exploration led me to psychotherapy, where I now work with people navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and relational challenges.
My style is straight-talking, warm, and deeply committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space. I believe in meeting clients where they are, offering both gentle support and direct challenge when needed. I work with clients in both short-term and long-term therapy, in-person in London, or online.
“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the end.”
