MA, MBACP (Accred) Integrative Psychotherapist
Addiction & Trauma

Adrianna Irvine

I am a highly experienced psychotherapist, working in the field for over 25 years with a wide range of individuals. My approach is integrative and psychodynamic, incorporating 12-step principles for those in addiction recovery. I offer both short-term, solution-focused therapy and longer-term psychotherapy, depending on a client’s needs.

Before retraining as a therapist, I spent over two decades in the music, film, and media industries, which gives me deep insight into high-performance environments, creative pressures, and the challenges of public-facing roles. My consultancy work has taken me into world tours, TV documentaries, radio programs, and high-profile events, supporting artists, contributors, and production staff. I also have experience working within forensic psychodynamic therapy, supporting serious offenders in rehabilitation.

I have particular expertise in substance and behavioural addictions, relationship challenges, grief, dual diagnosis, and professional issues. Having worked as part of multidisciplinary psychosocial teams, I bring a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and a grounded, straight-talking style. Clients often describe me as engaging, insightful, and warm, with a strong sense of humour.

I work with individuals and professionals navigating complex personal and professional challenges, offering therapy in London and online.
